Sylvain and Hwi -- whether they use their Elemental Sight or their muscular brainpower -- will find the door to the Abyss Mage’s domain located in the back of a boutique selling ladies’s stockings in the Market District. (There are many ladies there, young and old. Some are incredulous, others are very happy to see them.) Either way, the Hydro Abyss Mage can be found readily enough, and will have absolutely zero chance against these two jocks.
