There is a report of a ghost sighting on the fields of Windrise on a rainy night, just near the river flowing behind the gigantic tree. Once they manage to get there though they’ll be greeted with an odd sight: a hilichurl using some kind of bright green tarp as a cover from the downpour! Normally one would just leave it alone but nope, it’d automatically lock eyes with you no matter what and would try to attack you with Cryo-imbued arrows. Be careful not to get Frozen out there in the rain! The two of them will be rewarded with Mora so better spend them for a hot meal at Good Hunter or something.
